Louvre Museum

Well, my rate of one star will be exclusively for the Louvre management. These guys deserve nothing but being fired. We had tickets booked for June 16, That day when strike or whatever happened and the doors were locked until 3pm. I am not against worker strikes, people can and must fight for their rights what did management of the museum and that day? Right, nothing. They didn’t communicate to thousands of people waiting all day in line they didn’t tell anything to security and stuff whats going on. Management was waiting another strike happens but now outside with visitors. And it almost happened. People in line was very nervous: no information if museum will open, no info what was going on, no info if you have to request refund, reschedule etc. That day Louvre showed stratospheric level incompetence. Very disappointing. The museum itself is great and still worth to visit but people who manage it they make this place terrible.

Well, we cannot see that it’s not a visited museum because it’s going through millions of people a year but in my opinion, it’s a bit overrated. You only had a few different types of paintings and art and I didn’t find any of those interesting.

It was a really cool experience overall. The Mona Lisa was way way over crowded at Noon on a Wednesday.

The Museum is very nice but you have to stay in a queue for 3 hours if you have a ticket or not. Nothing is clear you have always to ask where to go and where to wait It is terrible.

The Louvre is the biggest museum in the world. It is truly gigantic.
