Really worth visiting
A tip to skip the line is to go to Carusell du Louvre and enter from there – I noticed only when I left but worth trying to enter from there instead 🙂
Don’t miss Napoleon Bedrooms, Louvre Couture, Venus di Milo… reserve around 4 hours to see the main attractions there.
P.S. the audio guide is not really helping, not many interesting infos. You can easily get them with ChatGPT.

A privilege to finally make it here.
We bought timed tickets in advance as the queues are huge. Get there early and find your time to enter.
Follow the suggested routes and you get to see loads. The crowds around the mona Lisa are quickly moved on so everyone gets to see it close up.
So much more to this museum than just one picture. Definitely take time to explore the other 500,000 exhibits.

Queue to get in — though long and snaking — moved at a reasonable pace.
The only gripe I have is the god damned narcissist guests who hog popular artwork and artifacts trying to get that ‘perfect’ picture of themselves (either by selfie or by their companion).
Management should find a way to control this.
